Birthday week!

Hi!
This week was my birthday week, we had Monday off because of Martin Luther King Day and I turned twenty-one on Tuesday, therefore I can buy alcohol legally in the states now. It was a big deal for the americans but I didn't really see it as that big of a deal for me. In Sweden I could buy alcohol when I was eighteen so it was a while ago thar I could buy legally. On my birthday I didn't do anything special really, it was the 21st, which was this past Tuesday. I got Swedish candy from my family, that was really nice, I aet a lot and my roomate tried our kaviar, he didn't like it at all. I guess it's a Swedish thing. At night I went with some friends to the liqour store to buy alcohol but they apperantly don't take my Swedish ID, they only take my passport when I wanted to buy alcohol. This time they said that they'll approve the ID if I paid with cash so I just gave them a bill and paid with that instead. That was kind of weird. I had to write a paper that night though so I couldn't party or anything.
During the rest of the weekdays I studied, worked out and hanged around with friends. I found out that during the spring season we are apperantly playing really good schools, D2 and D1, so I'm excited about that. We have trainings wih the team three times a week but without the coach and then we train by ourselves if we want to. Coach can't have trainings right now because NCAA only allows a certain amount of hours with the coach during the spring and we need to have those practices before the games. I train by myself because I'm having my mind set on transferring to another school and I will probably fly to them and tryout for their team. The school I'm looking at is University of Tampa, my friend goes there so it would be really nice if I can attend that school. I'm also training on the handstand right now, it's frustrating but I've become better. My goal with handstanding is to stand still and have control over the body.
The weekend was the first weekend I stayed at the school since I got here. I've been at Sean's house the first weekend and then in Charlotte the second weekend. It was a good weekend with friends, party and chilling.
On Friday, I had one class at eleven, I did some homework during the day, I worked out and then I went out to eat at a japanese restaurant. I enjoyed the food a lot and the person I went with. At night I were drinking and relaxing with the soccer guys before going to a bar. It was a fun night. The rest of the weekend I did homework, worked out, spent time with friends and saw the schools basketball team.
